Into Thin Air

Air is everywhere — it permeates all things and moves between us. Sometimes it lifts and carries us gently, other times with great force.
The sensation of lightness, even the dream of flight, has fascinated humankind for centuries. Dance often aspires to airiness, while also accepting its impossibility and the ever-present pull of gravity.
